Security Checklist
1. Take Photos
Take photos of all your items in the house - room by room. This will help in the unfortunate event of a break-in as most people can't remember what they have!

2. Check All
Make it a routine to check to make sure all of your doors and windows are locked before you go out - even the patio doors - and especially in Summer!

3. Keep Numbers
It is a good idea for easier identification, to keep a record of the product serial number of your more valuable items and store it with the photo.

4. Out Of Sight
Keep your more valuable items out of sight from the street if possible. This can help to deter potential thieves. This also important in the car as well.

5. No Junk Mail
If you go away, ask a neighbour or friend to collect your junk mail. Even though you stop your mail, the junk mail keeps on coming and can build up.

6. Lock Up Power
Lock up your electricity box with an Energex padlock so it cannot be turned off and potential thieves can then see if you are out if you don't come out to check.
